$50,000 to $60,000 earning potential (salary + commission)
On The Go Hosiery is a national leading supplier of men?s and women?s athletic socks and related hosiery products. We are seeking a Full-Time Territory Sales Manager to manage, sell and merchandise our products in established grocery, mass and drug accounts in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas.
Our associate's hours of work vary by assigned territory. Start times begin between five and seven AM. Hours per week average 45 to 55 hours, and weekends are not required. This position offers a competitive base pay plus incentives which include health care benefits, retirement (401k with employer match), profit sharing, and paid vacation. We take care of ALL expenses associated with the company van and maintaining sales in the territory.

Job Description:
Review recent scan data to evaluate opportunities to increase sales.
Interact with store level and district level management in key retailers to maximize sales in plan-o-grammed and modularized space.
Maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties.
Merchandise our products according to our standards.
Organize, straighten, and replenish our product via DSD onto our display according to our plan-o-gram.
Work as a team with your sales office and management by communicating issues as appropriate, following your itinerary and being flexible with schedule changes.
Work safely, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
You will help On The Go Hosiery to continue to grow our business and build on our success.
Some overnight travel required.
Requirements:
At least 2 years territory management experience with Food, Drug, or Mass channels working a DSD Route.
Must have ability to learn and effectively utilize a handheld computerized order and invoicing system
Ability to lift and carry products weighing over 30 lbs.
Proficiency with Smart Phone technology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate with Internet access.
Complete weekly and monthly paperwork.
Clean Driving Record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
