Care Coordinator Job Opening in McKinney, Texas - The position seeks Bilingual candidates that are passionate about serving customers, results driven and interested in delivering an incredible customer experience within the healthcare technology space. The job description of a Care Coordinator focuses on delivering extraordinary customer care by phone, promptly and accurately responding to our patients concerns, reinforcing our benefits and services that will foster brand loyalty.
Required :
Must possess ability to think outside of the box and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
Detailed oriented and ability to type at least 35 wpm
Must be self-directed and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Healthcare/Medical Office experience a plus
Shift times: 9:00AM ? 5:30PM Mon. to Fri. ability to take virtual calls from home may be needed.
