Job Description and Responsibilities
The Implementation Assistant is responsible for supporting our implementation team as we roll out telepsychiatry programs at various clinics and hospitals across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to be on a progressive track toward becoming a lead Implementation Coordinator in our company. You would be joining our core team working onsite at our Downtown Austin headquarters. This is an all-hands-on-deck position and you will be expected to go above and beyond to ensure success.
The Implementation Assistant will support the telepsychiatry implementation process under the supervision of the Implementation Director, including:
Completing all necessary paperwork for medical licensing and credentialing
Corresponding with doctors via email, text, and phone throughout the licensing and credentialing process
Setting up windows laptops for clinicians and internal employees
Scheduling and coordinating patient visits with our on-call doctors
Interfacing over the phone with various hospital staff including: doctors, nurses, and social workers
Preparing and maintaining doctor and nurse practitioner credentialing files
General administrative and clerical tasks including copying, scanning, faxing and mail services
Managing our clinician call center on weekdays and one-two weekends per month
Whatever is needed to get the job done.

Written and verbal communication: you have exceptional email and phone communication skills.
A healthy attention to detail: we don?t need you to be neurotic, but we do need you to be attentive to small details at times.
Working with remote co-workers: you?re an expert in all manners of telecommunication (text, email, phone, video).
Insane work-ethic: you?re happy to be needed, even on nights and weekends.
Flexible hours: clinicians have busy schedules, so you?ll need to be able to make yourself available for some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
