Responsibilities
The Technical Writer will be responsible for the creation of all FAQs, technical blog posts, ?How To? guides, and some website content. As new features and applications are completed by our development team, the Technical Writer will be responsible for updating relevant documentation. Working closely with the development team, some time will be spent testing new features for quality assurance and consistency across platforms while giving input on ease of use and functionality. Drafting scripts and preparing screen captures for short videos featuring the products is also expected. As the company is growing internationally, co-ordinating the translation of their work to various languages through online vendors and posting these translations online.

Minimum Qualifications
-Proof of informational writing skills (can be education, experience, or a portfolio)
-Experience following a self-editing process
-Comfortable with a variety IT topics
-Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
-Ability to organize a variety of tasks through to completion
-Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the IT industry
-Volunteer or paid experience with informational writing
-Experience working with developers, translators, or marketing departments
