Position: Sales Lead
Reports to: Store Manager
Supervises: Associates
Hours: 15-25 hours a week
Purpose
Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention standards and operational assignments as outlined in detail by the Store Manager.
Responsibilities are but not limited to
-open and close store
-Execute bank deposits
-Complete operational register transactions
-Reveive merchandise and Shipment
-Supervise store
-Ensure excellent customer service
-Assist managers with floor set implementations
-Support and communicate strategies to help the store hit goals
-Assist with training
-Promote and motivate staff
