Job Summary
Provides outpatient/Clinical nutrition services through all aspects of the nutrition care process. Conducts Nutrition Screenings. Prioritizes care for patients seen on a daily basis. Provides patient and family education w/ development of appropriate education materials for patients. Attends multidisciplinary care plan rounds on assigned floors.
Required Qualifications
Education: BS, BA, with a major in a related discipline. Successful completion of internship accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Experience: Minimum 1 year as practicing registered dietitian preferred. Teaching or seminar development and delivery experience. Experience with multi-level programs preferred.
: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Licensed Dietitian with the State of New Mexico
