Tree Care Sales Rep Job Opening in Marietta, Georgia - Atlanta Arbor is a dependable, professional and reputable tree care specialist serving metro Atlanta?s residential and commercial needs. We provide free estimates for the full scope of arboricultural needs, including tree trimming/pruning, removal, storm damage cleanup, stump grinding, planting, and arborist consultations.
Responsibilities Include:
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through B2B and/or B2C personal selling, using all avenues of lead generation (office leads, canvassers, personal network, etc.)
Estimate job costs and provide equitable but profitable quotes to prospects and clients
Negotiate contracts with customers and coordinate with office staff for scheduling
Write thorough customer job/work orders with instructions for Crew Leaders so the work may be carried out flawlessly and to the customers? expectations and satisfaction
Generate personal sales reports for monthly sales meetings
Qualifications:
At least 2 years industry experience, including tree and plant health care
Arborist Certification preferred but not required
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Attentiveness to details
Excellent customer service skills
Valid Drivers License with clear MVR
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background check
As a member of our sales team, Atlanta Arbor offers you 15% commission on every sale, plus bonuses for hitting weekly goals, along with performance-based increases in commission after consistently meeting sales goals.
