Opportunity Advocate (sales) for client-centered, CrImmigration law firm (Atlanta, GA)
Firm Overview We are an Atlanta-based CrImmigration (immigration + criminal defense) law firm primarily serving the community.
Our clients are facing a pending criminal matter, deportation, or the pursuit of a family-based immigration opportunity. We provide consistent and thorough representation across both areas of law, and clients seek our help based on our reputation and experience with both criminal and immigration law.

We are expanding our reach to now help more people, and need a bright and motivated Sales/Opportunity Advocate for our sales team.
Summary of what you are going to do in this job: This is not a paralegal or legal assistant role, but rather a sales-based position.
Primary responsibility is to: Maximize ROI for marketing spend; ensure the firm reaches gross revenue targets; ensure the sales team doesn?t introduce any toxic clients or cases into the firm; ensure positive client experiences and orderly transition to the legal team.
Monitors their own schedule to be sure there are enough appointments scheduled in the coming weeks to hit agreed goals based on historical conversion rates.
Monitors and seeks to improve personal conversion rates.
Manages or follows-up to be sure preconditioning packages and reminders go out to PNC?s they?re scheduled to meet with.
Meets with PNC?s by telephone and/or in person to help them find clarity about their situation and their options.
Follows-up with PNC?s who do & do not engage the firm.
Onboards new case/matters and transitions to the legal team.
Conducts quality control calls within agreed time after engagement.
Reports problems and opportunities for improvement.
Records all data and keeps detailed notes in centralized database / CRM system.
Discusses value of assessment and representation package options, schedules paid assessments explaining which are necessary for case strategy assessment (whether for criminal case quote or for immigration consultation prep).
Assists PNCs with referrals for other practices.

Supervises greeting and intake of PNCs at consultations and hiring meetings.
Supervises and conducts follow-up with recent PNCs to sign them up.
Maintain/service referral source relationships.
Make G.A.S/?Smile and Dial? calls.
Propose marketing plans and ideas to Owner.
Maintain community relationships.
Facilitates professional introduction from self to the legal team upon engaging a client.
Choreographs a positive experience from PNC to current Client and all the way to when the matter is closed?to look for ways to improve the experience and get case where appropriate.
Answer and return phone calls with potential new client (PNC) leads
Follow up with PNCs by phone, email web inquiry, etc
Schedule/coordinate all events (large & small) with PNCs
Explain and coordinate necessary documents for PNCs to provide
Track all conversion metrics
Become a resource for all law firm referral sources
Attract quality client opportunities
Greet and conduct intake at assessment meeting with PNC
Edit and organize representation agreements
Convert PNCs into clients with persistent follow-up and tracking
Manage email campaigns and follow-up with Zoho
Refer non-prospects out to other professionals and track results
Build and maintain our "Team 100"
Post blog entries using Wordpress and manage social media posts
Monitor, suggest, and create website changes
Maintain and service client relationships
Propose marketing ideas
Required qualities of who we want for this job:
You have brains, creativity, and integrity.
100% Bilingual in Spanish with written and oral fluency (Spanish spoken and written every day)
You love answering and making phone calls.
You enjoy helping people figure out what problems they have that we can solve.
You don't have to ask how to use: a Mac computer, an online calendar, Word, or Excel, or Outlook mail (and we mean know more than how to open the program).
You have experience with CRM sales software - preferably Zoho CRM.
You love procedures and protocols.
You like focusing on the details of a project.
You have worked through a difficult life experience and are relatable; (Immigration isn?t about being deported before to relate; it?s about a person being pushed instead of pulled away from life goals and dreams; it?s about taking a person?s choice away from them).
You are curious and ask more questions than you talk; doesn?t make a lot of assumptions
You can effectively sell over the phone and picks up the nuances that happen during phone sales.
You understands that sale is educational process where they are facilitating the thought process and help reach conclusion for their own reasons ? a consultative person.
You understand why it's important to have a responsible, knowledgeable and caring attorney.
You are comfortable explaining why having this attorney is more valuable than the money in their pocket. (Understand the value and can explain why cost is worthwhile).
You have experience selling something, you were good at it, and you enjoyed it.
You can greet potential clients with a sincere and warm smile, even on your "bad days."
You have good grammar skills, present professionally at all times, and you can see how our mission as a firm will help you achieve your personal goals.
Available to work overtime as needed. Rare evenings and weekends may be required.
