CTI Logistics, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Controller to assist in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations along with related companies. You must be able to carry out the tasks autonomously and collaboratively. Having a trucking background is an advantage.
Responsibilities
-Support most aspects of accounting (Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payables, Payroll)
-Manage journal entries and reconcile accounts for monthly closing and year end
-Prepare and file weekly payroll taxes
-Multi company bank reconciliations
-Prepare Financial Statements for six companies and consolidations.
Required Skills
-Microsoft Word and Excel
-AS400 Experience
-Query and Database Experience
Degree in Accounting
Prior Work Experience in Accounting 5 years +
