We are seeking someone with a 2+ years of proven MFP, IT or Mailing Sales experience to take the next step in their career; and lead their own sales team. This is an opportunity to join an established technology solutions company that help companies realize significant process improvement and cost savings.
Year One you will carry both a personal and team sales quota and be paid bonuses and commissions on your personal and team sales.
Year Two will give you the opportunity to lead your own team or branch managing 6-10 sales professionals.
We will teach you to manage using the fundamentals of activity and metrics driven sales management. We firmly believe that our training programs and attention to the professional growth of our employees, ultimately drives positive outcomes. We have one of the most lucrative compensation programs in our industry for over quota producers.
Responsibilities:
Lead your own sales team in our Lynnwood, Kent or Tacoma Offices
Manage current Client Accounts and Develop new accounts
Manage Prospecting and Sales activities for our full suite of solutions:
IT Services, MFP?s, eDocument Management Solutions, Mailing and Folding Equipment.
Candidate Requirement:
4 Year Degree - Or equivalent business experience.
2+ years proven over quota performance in MFP, IT or Mailing Solutions
Goal-oriented
A strong work ethic
The ability to accurately track Sales Metrics for professional improvement and growth
A passion for success, maturity, building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal skills
Develop a Business Plan with the VP of Sales.
Ability to work within our team structure to deliver our customer the best possible solution
