Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Gone Green is looking to expand its CBD and Superfoods sales operations in the Seattle area and we are looking for competitive, action-oriented field sales representatives to develop sales strategies and attract new wholesale clients. This highly motivated person will be responsible for creating and maintaining new sales opportunities and closing accounts to ensure organizational quota and growth in corresponding industries. Successful candidates will increase personal residual income and company revenue by providing amazing customer service, qualifying prospects, negotiating deals, and managing the sales and reorder of Gone Green CBD and Superfood products. Strong candidates will also have the capacity to research market competition and have the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Responsibilities include:
Using various sales methods for generating leads and closing accounts
Developing sales strategies that produce results while having the ability to adapt in order to achieve ultimate efficiency and effectiveness
Create lasting relationships with customers and exceed their needs
Set personal goals while meeting company quota
Report financial/market feedback to management
Maintain and grow customer database tools for organization and efficiency
Job requirements:
Effective communication skills and ability to cold-call and produce field sales
Proven experience in lead generation
Computer use competency
Highly motivated and driven with ability to commit to a weekly schedule
Driver?s license and cell phone
Highly energetic and communicative
Qualified Candidates:
Are already employed in the sales industry and are looking to create an additional income stream in the form of residual income
Willing to commit 15-20 hours weekly to lead generation and field sales until enough revenue is generated to sustain full time employment
Should be passionate about the health and wellness industry with an understanding of CBD and other hemp products
Walk the walk and live the lifestyle of consuming superfoods, herbs, supplements, exercising regularly, eating a clean diet and radiating inner health and well-being.
Commission :
15% of all new sales, 10% of those accounts residually (so long as you maintain and service the account properly), and the ability to earn a position as sales manager with 5% commission overrides on additional, qualified recruits.
