Administrative Services & Facilities Job Opening in los angeles, California - Administrative Services & Facilities Covenant House California's (CHC) Hollywood Program is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Services & Facilities. The position oversees maintenance and housekeeping vendor contracts, identifies problems with facilities in terms of functioning and appearance, analyzes potential solutions and plans a strategy for completion of solutions. Responsible for timely submission of all purchase orders (and documentation). Backs up IT staff on leave to complete basic computer tasks as needed. Insures that duties and tasks are performed in accordance to the company's purchasing policies and procedures. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in and related positions. Good verbal, written communication, decision making, and strong organizational skills a must.
