PT Seasonal Customer Care Representative Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - PT Seasonal Customer Care Representative S&S Tree and Horticultural Specialists, Inc., located in South St. Paul, MN is a well established, accredited, family-owned business of over 33 years. We are currently in immediate need of a Part-Time Seasonal Customer Care Representative to assist our Customer Care Team now through September, approximately 30 hours a week. This position requires a seasoned customer service person preferably with a background in trees and/or horticulture. This is the perfect summer job for a forestry or horticulture student. There is an opportunity for the right person to eventually be hired on in a full-time position. Responsiblities include answering phones, handling customers inquiries, complaints, concerns and questions. Scheduling of appointments, assistance with miscellaneous office duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager, including filing, copying and any other clerical requests as needed. Required skills include: a minimum of two (2) years of previous customer service experience, a college degree or currently attending college. Excellent telephone skills. Ability to handle multiple phone calls at one time. Highly detail oriented. Able to work individually and as a part of a team while following specific procedures. A general knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Outlook) is an absolutely MUST. We need someone with a positive "service with a smile" attitude that is not afraid to work hard, roll up their sleeves and be an attribute to our team!!! This position may include nights and/or weekends in emergency storm situations.
