In Store Senior Sales Associate with Construction background. Experience preferred.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to work order completions, receiving products from vendors. Accurate and timeliness completion of work related tasks is very important. Solid organization and communication skills a must. Excellent work hours. No WEEKENDS .
Qualifications:
Ability to effectively understand and utilize our manufacturing operation software.
Strong organizational skills are required to complete daily tasks timely.
Ability to multitask; to effectively transition between tasks, while communicating successfully with coworkers and customers.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
Ability to write business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, vendors, and customers.
A strong analytical skill set.
Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Run and print and distribute daily reports and documents.
Complete transactions in software system accurately and timely.
Facilitate material movement, planning, and scheduling of needed product shipments.
Coordinate the completion of paperwork for final invoice transactions.
Complete picking, packing and shipping duties as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
