Outside Retail Sales Representative Job Opening in Georgetown, Delaware - Responsibilities:
Establish leads via cold-calling, connectivity to community, building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Conduct outbound leads follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales goals by monitoring market trends, identifying target customers and quality service and demonstrating strong sales skills.
Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads and follow up with current customers.
Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
Prepare proposal and ensure correct pricing.
Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
3-5 years Outside Sales experience.
Knowledge of SalesForce and DocuSign a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to travel throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
