Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin - The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will work with the owner. The position is responsible for the following:
Carry out all bookkeeping responsibilities including A/R, A/P and payroll
Preparation and timely filing of payroll taxes and sales/use taxes
Track job costs/revenues
Administer employee time clock/vacation hours
Manage relationships with all outside vendors and services
Order and manage office and cleaning supplies, including photocopier and printers
Manage point-of-sale equipment and contracts
At least 5 years of proven bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in a for profit setting, strong understanding of accounting practices and principals
Thorough knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software
Ability to work within deadlines
Strong presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated while also enjoying being part of a team
