New Home Community Sales Manager Job Opening in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Are you self starting, self motivated and driven to succeed? Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria.
Strong sales skills which will help you overcome objections and secure the sale
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be part of a winning team
Strong customer service, verbal and written communications skills
Positive, outgoing and professional attitude
Valid driver?s license
Ability to work all weekends
Knowledge of real estate and new construction is helpful. Previous new home sales experience is helpful, but not required. All training provided
Microsoft Office/Outlook knowledge required
Any reasonable and appropriate additional duties as may be assigned by Covington Homes
This position offers a generous commission structure. No license required.
