Our accounting specialist supports the Accounting department and accounting manager in completing daily, monthly, quarterly and year ending accounting functions as assigned.
You will also assist in needed administrative duties, as assigned.
Skills needed: .
Two or more years of corporate accounting support experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge in QuickBooks.
Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Credit card reconciliation experience and skills.
Enthusiastic team player; positive approach to work and the company.
Candidates must be exceptionally detail oriented and team oriented.
