We are a growing addiction treatment center that is focused on helping our clients successfully complete their addiction treatment and reach sobriety. We are looking for a Executive Clinical Director who is caring, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help our clients as well as providing direction and supervision to our clinical team. Clinical Director will work closely with the Utilization Department and Billing Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
· Responsible for the evaluation, training and discipline of all clinical department staff members.
· Ensures that clinical services are delivered according to policy and procedures.
· Participate, as part of the senior management team, agency planning and implementation of new programs or clinical services.
· Evaluate all pre or post admission clinical data to coordinate treatment services on all clients admitted to our center.
· Concurrent reviews and Peer to Peer with Insurance Department Care Managers.
· Ensure that all services being provided are in compliance with HIPAA.
· Provide clinical supervision for Interns (MFTi) .
· Communicate with families or referral sources as deemed appropriate.
· Coordinate all training for staff in conjunction with Program Director.
· Perform qualitative chart audits as required to ensure compliance.
Minimum Qualifications :
-Completion of a Master?s degree with a valid licensure in the state of California as an MFT/ PysD. ---Must be at least 2 years post license with the ability to sign off on intern hours.
-Advanced knowledge of 12-step treatment model and its application in residential treatment.
-Specific knowledge helpful in process addiction and treatment resources.
-Advanced assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning and documentation skills.
-Knowledge of treatment and referral community in Southern California.
-Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment practices including non-pharmacological symptom management techniques.
-Current certification in First Aid/CPR.
-Advanced knowledge of HIPAA.
-Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $84,000.00 /year
