Required Knowledge/Skills:
MUST HAVE STRONG Technical proficiency in use of query software, advanced SQL, PL/SQL, database modeling.
MUST HAVE STRONG Analytical skills necessary to research and prepare a variety of complex reports and analyses.
MUST HAVE WORKED or Knowledge of Banking/Financial industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or MIS/Technology (or Bachelor's degree and Masters in related field)
Job description : Data Analysts serve as the primary point of responsibility for ensuring the consistency, completeness, accuracy and ongoing suitability of Client?s critical data assets.
Implement data governance standards, policies, and procedures for the control, protection, consistency and delivery of corporate data and information assets.
Develop processes for the delivery of data collected from operational applications and the distribution of this data to the informational platform and data marts for analysis and reporting.
Perform impact analysis for changes to operational application processes and data that may affect the informational environment.
Perform user acceptance testing and post production testing on projects that impact the informational platform to ensure they meet business requirements
Produce reconciliations of informational platform data between source operational systems and financial reporting systems.
