Job Status: Full-Time
Reports to: VP, Global Sales
Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT (must live in Salt Lake city or within commutable distance of)
Compensation: DOE. $30-35,000 + bonus. Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) available with insurance stipend, generous time off, casual work environment, incredible team, and regular team-building and professional development activities.

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to drive team efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and prepare files for client quotes
Prepare quotes and sales support for large client opportunities
Create, review, and update sales process documentation
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to further automate sales processes
Provide sales performance analysis and reporting to VP, Global Sales
Support lead qualification as requested
Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
1 or more years? experience in sales support or other similar roles
Exhibit great attention to detail and proactivity
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various assignments simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization
High proficiency in Microsoft Office & web applications
Strong work ethic, with track record of achieving personal and professional goals
Experience using CRM software (SalesForce experience a plus)
Previous sales or translation industry experience a plus
Bilingual ? preferred ? not required
