Customer Service Rep/Internet Sales Assistant Job Opening in Englewood, Colorado - Internet Sales Assistant/Customer Service position for a dependable person at a busy Internet Based Lighting Company located in Centennial(80112). We are looking for a reliable person, organized, punctual, and customer oriented person to be trained as our customer service representative. This person will primarily work as a customer service representative answering incoming e-mail and customer call in questions. This person will also work with our internet sales team learning our Warehouse Management Software learning how to receive/process orders, maintain website, and answering incoming e-mails.
Specific Duties:
Provide a timely resolution to customer issues, problems, questions and service needs.
Answer incoming e-mail messages
Provide customer service support for our Sales Team
Receive and Process Internet Orders
Process Internet Returns
Help Maintain Website
Learn and Understand diverse Product Line
Input Customer Orders
Answer Voice Mails
Qualifications:
Strong written. oral and telephone skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to effectively interact with customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Resolve customer issues in prompt, professional and friendly manner
Ability to take initiative in all aspects of job duties
Fast Learner
