What We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking a sales individual that is experienced and knowledgeable of electrical products in the Industrial, Utility, Gov?t, and EPC market segments.

Job Duties:
Develop account plans for strategic customers
Make sales calls on strategic customers
Develop quotation proposals for ESS Metron customers
Enter proposal opportunities into the ESS Metron Quotation Tool
Develop Gross Margin Targets on proposals
Secure orders in the magnitude of $5-10MM
Enter all orders secured
Identify and establish Sales Reps in strategic market areas such as Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, Central US to promote and sell ESS Metron products
Conduct presentations to engineering firms and strategic customers on ESS Metron Capabilities and Products
Desired Position Qualifications:
4 Year college degree preferred BSEE
Minimum of 10 years electrical industry experience
Extensive knowledge and application experience of LV Swgr, MV Swgr, MCC Equipment, and Power Distribution Centers
Ability to read and understand electrical plan and specifications
Other Skill Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills
Successful selling experience
Willingness to travel as necessary
Organizational skills and able to work independent
Manage customer accounts and secure $5 ? 10 MM in annual orders
Display Edge, High Energy, Enthusiasm, Effort, and Negotiation Skills

What Else Do I Need To Know About Being An Industrial Sales Engineer For ESS METRON?
Hours: Full Time, with a minimum of 40 hours per week (may require more hours depending on the needs of the business, including some weekends).
