Sales Professional Job Opening in Sevierville, Tennessee - Meadows Homes Sevierville is Sevier County?s oldest dealer. We are currently seeking a sales rep to add to our team to help with the rapid growth of the industry. At Meadows Homes Sevierville our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients as we guide them towards meeting their goals of either buying or selling their home. We are a team of highly trained and motivated professionals who take pride in providing expert advise to our customers at every step of the home buying process. As a sales rep on our team, you will be on the front lines of guiding our customers through every step of the home buying process. We will provide top notch training, support, mentorship, and all of the tools you need to ensure your success. As a member of our team, you will be able to leverage these tools and resources to create a long-term rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
Meadows Homes Sevierville Ambassador ? protect the Meadows Homes branding and assets by maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales process;
Constant Learner ? develop expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local market;
Customer Follow-up ? maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company?s CRM system;
Merchandising ? assist manager by helping select inventory, decorate models and maintain appearance of the homes;
Personal Prospecting ? develop, refine and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic;
Product Demonstration ? show prospects display homes, demonstrate features and benefits to create added value;
Set Appointments ? set lot visits utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads;
Sales ? facilitate the buying process by building trust, meeting needs and converting prospects to satisfied homeowners;
Team Contributor ? be a positive team member and assist in the development of other team members;
Training ? participates in all sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions;
World Class Customer Service ? provide a great home buying experience by exceeding the customer expectations and honoring commitments.
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills;
Must be highly motivated and performance driven.
At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred;
Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment;
Must be able to work on Saturdays.
Possess good phone skills;
Must be reliable and dependable;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Professional demeanor and appearance;
General understanding of the retail environment;
Must pass criminal background check.
Ability to learn business and finance mortgage concepts;
