Sales Professional Job Opening in Murfreesboro, Tennessee - The Family Service Counselor (FSC) reports to the Sales Manager and is accountable for serving client families, making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need arrangements. The FSC serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families. The FSC assists in growing market share selling pre-need protection and services to referred families.
The FSC serves families in a professional, caring and timely manner and establishes strong relationships with each family. Follow up and generation of referrals from client families are integral to success and results in strong service and relationships with families. The counselor also develops community relations and networks in the community.
Each FSC provides the highest and most respectful level of care by completing all aspects of the arrangement - before, during and after.
Specific Responsibilities:
* 40 % Lead Generation: Consistently networks and builds relationships to generate recommendations for gaining referrals for both at-need cemetery arrangements and pre-need arrangements using company tools, processes and standards.
* 40 % Build Relationships with Families: Consistently builds strong business with client families and the community.
* 20 % Teamwork: Consistently builds relationships and works cooperatively with the Funeral Director and other funeral home and/or cemetery staff.
* Overall Key Performance Indicators:
* Customer satisfaction
* Cemetery replacement of 1 interment rights sold for each interment right serviced
* Production to Pacesetter - Manage sales to meet or exceed pacesetter
* Activity Level - Manages activity levels to ensure productivity
