Service Writer/Inside Sales Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Best One Tire & Service/S&S Firestone, Inc. is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Nashville area markets. We are looking to add a Service Writer/Inside Sales Associate to our Nashville, TN Team. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
Interact with customers both inside and on the phone
Follow a structured sales process
Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands
Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders
Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints

Minimum Job Requirements:
A valid, insurable Driver?s License.
