Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Naples, Florida - Paradise Paints, an independent dealer of Benjamin Moore high quality paints and various other painting products, is seeking a FT Outside Sales Representative. The purpose of this position is not just to increase customers, but to help us build long-lasting connections with professionals and customers that are initiated beyond the store front. Paradise Paints was recently purchased in 2017, and we want someone who can understand our company goals and culture and is excited to become a part of the Paradise Paints team!
This individual should not only be someone motivated to increase sales, meet incentive goals, but also someone who enjoys collaborating and strategizing with customers to find product solutions.
This position is structured with a base salary as well as bonus plan, assuming goals are met.
