Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - We are Crossroads Group (), based in Richfield, Ohio. A diversified holding company that owns and operates many businesses in real estate, research, services, and retail. We are seeking an account executive to focus on sales for CE Tracking Systems () to auto dealerships around the United States. Our system captures how much time F&I personnel spend with each customer as well as how much up-selling they're able to accomplish while reporting on the corresponding profits. With our tool dealerships are able to have the opportunity to work efficiently with the assistance of CE Tracking Systems' reporting features.
Job Description
This individual would be responsible for developing new business opportunities in an untapped, brand new territory. The account executive will need to generate new business through a variety of prospecting and development techniques with a high volume of outbound cold calling. On-going sales training will be provided. If you are looking to be part of new team with unique opportunities, look no further.
A successful candidate will be required to do the following:
· Research and qualify prospects
· Make a high volume of outbound calls
· Maintain continuous contact and cultivate leads
· Build and maintain relationships with new customer accounts through consistent contact

· An ability to develop long lasting customer relationships
Compensation
$24,000 base salary plus commission. $45k-50k first year income expectation with a $60k-$80k income level with exceptional performance.
Education
College degree preferred but not required
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
