Onsite - Residential Job Opening in colorado springs, Colorado - Onsite - Residential This position is for the person who would like to be an ON-SITE Residential Manager, Leasing Agent & provide Maintenance and turn-over of apartments in a fabulous vintage building on the National Historic Register in Manitou Springs (Barker House built in 1870 at 819 Manitou Ave). You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 48-unit building and perform all duties required to keep everything running smoothly.
