Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing, screening and credentialing of candidates for appropriateness of skills and experience. ? Submit qualified candidates to clients through VMS? and other methods. ? Manage healthcare professionals and provide administrative support. Requirements: ? Required-At least one to two years of full-time experience in the healthcare staffing industry. ? Maintain professional communication with internal and external employees and clients. ? Demonstrate success in a sales environment and a strong track record in exceeding sales goals and quotas. ? Must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, enjoys a competitive environment and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ?
