Public Relations Intern Job Opening in colorado springs, Colorado - Public Relations Intern Internship Description: SSPR offers a paid internship to provide hands-on experience in public/media relations for technology, Internet, and consumer electronics companies. Interns will have the opportunity to obtain applicable skills including: media relations and its role in the product cycle; pitching clients to the media for print, TV and radio exposure; task management (ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, organize/prioritize); account building; enhanced communication skills; event planning; general administrative skills; and an overview of public relations with a global company. Hours: Flexible? Full time in the summer, part time during the year Qualifications: SSPR is looking for outgoing, articulate individuals who are well-organized and have a strong desire to learn. Strong verbal and written skills are a must. Ideal candidate will be results-oriented; will have the ability to work well individually, as well as in a team environment; and possesses a general interest in public/media relations.
