We are seeking Full Time & Per Diem Occupational Therapists to join our team!!
Job Summary:
Conducts comprehensive OT evaluations, OASIS assessments for therapy only cases, and OT treatments in the home environment.
Develops occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to meet the specific needs of patients within their home setting.
Provides direct and indirect supervision and mentoring of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state and Federal regulations.
Regulatory Requirements:
Current valid state OTR license
Graduate of an accredited OTR curriculum/program
Proof of automobile insurnace
Current CPR certification
Criminal background check
Up to date immunizations (PPD, MMR, TDAP)
previous home care experience is preferred but not required.
