About This Role
As a Sales Executive at ShopKeep, you?ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company. What You Will Do
Consult with business owners to determine if ShopKeep is the best POS solution for their business
Conduct online software demos and expertly guide potential customers through the features and benefits of ShopKeep
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals
Provide feedback to the executive team to help constantly innovate our processes and product
What You Need
1-3 years of sales experience
Motivated to succeed
Must have a positive attitude
Be willing to learn and constantly improve
Expert at time management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
Bonus Points
Retail experience using a POS system
Familiarity with the Merchant Services industry
Experience supporting computer users fixing basic Mac issues
Experience in software testing
