Core Experience:
Developing and debugging enterprise applications in various software languages / tools including: Java, J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Web Services, XML, etc.
Object Oriented Design & AnalysisIndustry technology familiarity and frameworks encompassing: Spring, SQL, ORM: , JPA, JSON, REST, JMS: ActiveMQ, etc.
Locate, diagnose and solve difficult performance problems on a heavily trafficked production environment
Help design and implement highly scalable systems and frameworks
Experience in Agile software development practices
Bonus Experience:
SOA, ESB, and distributed systems understanding
SAML, Google API, WebDAV, CalDAV, OAuth, etc.
Perl, Python, and PHP
Education:
4+ years of experience in an application development position.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; commensurate experience is also accepted.
