Our ideal candidate will be the leader of multiple projects and/or programs, driving accountability of project teams, facilitating design decisions and successfully delivering engineering projects on-time. Our project manager will use their knowledge of complex business processes to keep everything in the project portfolio flowing. Although this position will report to the Vice President of Product, our ideal applicant will be equipped to drive their responsibilities and tasks without direct supervision. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Understanding and mapping enhancements to the existing product.
Provide creative, technical solutions to new requirements.
Fill in as Business Analyst as needed to write detailed specifications.
Project Scoping, Planning, Estimating, Scheduling, and reporting project progress to management.
Assisting of project deliverables with offshore team.
Conducting demonstrations for obtaining User Acceptance before launch.
Overseeing seamless deployment to the production environment.
Maintaining documentation for all phases.
Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent required; degree in technical field preferred
PMP Certification preferred
5+ years of experience in one of the following: Scrum Master, Project Management, Business Analyst.
5+ years of experience in internet software development on Technology.
Direct coding experience in C#, SQL 2008, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Xml, Java Script.
Experience in producing Business Specifications and Business Requirements.
Experience in developing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
Experience is writing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams.
Sound analytical and problem solving abilities.
Possess good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and deal with shifting priorities.
Experience working with offshore engineering and QA teams.
Demonstrated strong and effective communication, collaboration and team building skills.
Proficiency in grasping new technical concepts.
