Job Description:
Our Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring the Jolt software runs seamlessly as Jolt maintains and releases features to our customers. The QA will work independently and with a team to implement feature updates, meet and exceed customer expectations, and ensure that the Jolt software is bug free. You will be a vital part of overseeing the development of new features through the customer elevation phase. Diligence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are attributes that will help you be successful in this role.
Requirements:
-Technologically literate; 2 - 3 years working in a software development / programming / testing environment.
-Eager to learn, self-taught in addition to formal education and / or experience.
-Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a constantly changing environment
-Keen eye, very focused and detail-oriented
-Ability to interface diplomatically with development and Customer Service staff.
-Ability to see web applications and human / software interactions from a customer's perspective.
-Experience with Git, Github or Bitbucket repository hosting platforms.
-Programming experience a plus (familiarity with the LAMP stack, MySQL, RDBMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
