InterCare is searching for a 340B & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! The 340B & Purchasing Coordinator helps to ensure the integrity of accounting information by evaluating the feasibility of operations and business segments and the coordination of the 340B program while also supporting the procurement and centralized buying functions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination and maintenance of all aspects of the 340B pharmacy program.
Assists with financial analysis, compliance testing and reporting.
Procure supplies, equipment, services, and merchandise; facilitate purchasing proposals, pricing and contract negotiations.

Required Experience:

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and multiple overlapping priorities.
Detail oriented and value added analytical insight.
Professional and Technical Knowledge
Possesses a thorough understanding of theory and practices of financial reporting and planning, typically acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program in accounting/finance or business related curriculum or 2-3 years practical relevant experience in a professional environment.
Technical Skills
Expertise in Excel spreadsheets and accounting systems.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Strong critical thinking ability and decision-making capabilities.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and financial planning.
Communication Skills
Possesses a professional level of written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear effective manner.
Possesses excellent cross cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate to staff members at all levels.
