Accounts Payable and Freight Clerk position Job Opening in Piedmont, South carolina - Our growing business in Piedmont/S Greenville is in search of a full-time Accounts Payable/Freight Clerk for our manufacturing company. This is a great role if you like variety, challenge, and autonomy in your work day as it involves juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities include the following:
* Implementation of freight quoting software and overall process administration
* Process freight invoices and compare to what was billed and shipped to what the customer terms
* Manage email correspondence with representatives
* Work with vendors/internal employees on invoice discrepancies
* Perform Account Reconciliations
* Reconcile item receipts and inventory to purchase orders and streamline the purchasing process for a location
*Accounting for Mexico location
