Account Specialist Job Opening in Georgetown, South carolina - Retail Account Specailist oversees, manage and support the fulfillment of all the spectrum of Screen Tight retail accounts business relationship
Screen Tight's business spectrum it is break down in 5 major aspects: Operating Standards+ Ordering Cycle + Financial Cycle + Merchandising Cycle + Service Cycle
Operating Standards:
Comply with all corporate policies, changes, adjustments and deadlines (Receiving, Safety, Shipping & Packing, Logistics, IT, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations & Business Practices)
Manufacturing:
Feed our Logistics and Manufacturing process with updated information regarding retailer's policies, quality assurance and manufacturing audits
Build a forecast to maintain our supply chain align
Maintain constant communication with retailers staff, in order to customer s requirements*
OrderingCycle :
Electronic Exchange of Information Management (EDI, GDSN, HMDP, B2B, POS Data)
Coordinate Purchase Orders via Electronic Data Interexchange , Special Order and HOST or Promotion
Coordinate RTV (Return To Vendor) and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice)
Inventory Management , feed with up to date information
Financial Cycle:
Give support to our Accounting Department on any issue regarding, Account Payables, Credit Memos, RTVs, Back charges and Adjustments

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

Bachelor's
