Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS), a Scott Fetzer subsidiary and established and successful consumer financing organization, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to play a fundamental role in helping us grow our new business consumer financing branch, achieving our ambitious customer acquisition strategy and revenue growth objectives.
We are looking for a sales-savvy professional who:
Enjoys sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails
Understands customer needs and requirements
Closes sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Can develop, maintain and expand our database of prospects within your assigned product(s) and/or territory(ies)
Teams with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Can effective present online demos for prospective clients
The ideal candidate has:
Ability to identify and source leads for prospective accounts
Ability to close sales
Track record of over-achieving targets
Strong phone presence and experience contacting dozens of prospect per day
Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM or other client database solution
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities Include:
Routing qualified opportunities, as needed, to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Researching accounts, identify key players and generating interest
Phone communication and sales, face-to-face relationship building, attending client meetings, entertaining clients/prospective clients, reporting activities and results, forecasting sales?

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
