Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for closing new Packsize accounts within a defined geography as well as growing current customers assigned. This position will report directly to an Area Director and indirectly to an Area Manager mentor. He/She will be responsible for all sales activities from prospecting through to close. Develops and implements an agreed upon area plan which will meet the business goals of increasing sales to the customer base and improving customer satisfaction. In addition, responsible for growing account profitability and hitting all sales targets on an ongoing basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, and implements contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
Proactively reaches out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentations.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, selling change and providing a diagnostic solution.
Coordinate activities in support of the sales process including internal sales engineers, and interface with customer?s internal team.
Closes a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generated
Grows current account base a determined amount per year, primarily defined in additional revenue generated.

Experience and Education Required:
Bachelor?s Degree in marketing or business related field required,
2-3 years successful track record in a complex selling environment or equivalent Packsize experience.

Qualifications (including Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Ability to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process as it relates to territory and account opportunities.
Able to understand Packsize?s offering, how it works, and be capable to effectively present the value proposition to a customer.
Able to understand the changing needs of the corrugated industry and proficient in selling change to C-Suite Executives using a diagnostic process.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization and customer communication (internal and external) in an atmosphere of cooperation and openness.
Positive ?can-do? attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to embrace and enhance Packsize?s culture.
Aptitude to use concepts from ?Mastering the Complex Sales: How to Compete & Win When the Stakes are High? by Jeff Thull.
Strong individual performer with a team orientation to challenges. Responsible for running the territory as a business by being well disciplined in a home office environment. Able to work with a hands-off manager and produce results.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Ability to travel up to 60%
Ability to work from a home office
Must have a valid driver?s license and good driving record

S alary and Benefits:
