Inside Sales Representative Job Description:
- Reach out to existing customers and restock recently-purchased product or cross-sell/up-
sell with products that enhance their health.
- Develop an ongoing relationship with each customer and secure repeat sales for the company. - Develop your knowledge of our beauty/skin-care products, nutrient supplements and pro-biotics to further your skills as a sales consultant.
- Create and nurture a personal sales pipeline with new customer leads.
Details:
- No cold calling.
- Brief sales cycle, mostly one-call closes.
- Hourly and uncapped commissions, with paid training.
- Yearly earning potential from 45K - 80K+
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with OT possibilities and an occasional Saturday.

Sales Representative Requirements:
- Two-years inbound or outbound inside sales experience, or equivalent outside sales.
- Computer skills, browser navigation, knowledge of dialing and CRM systems.
- Money-motivated, goal-oriented, and a desire to constantly improve sales skills.
