About the Position:
With the addition of this new position, Sweeney Construction?s goal is to provide design services that complement the high quality of our construction services. The Sales & Design Consultant will be an important part of our team and we are excited for this addition!
We are looking for a Sales & Design Consultant with at least 2 years of interior design experience who has superb organization skills and is attentive to detail to elevate the design services we provide. This role will be involved in the remodeling process from the initial client meeting through production phases working directly with the client to establish budget, scope and design. The Sales & Design Consultant will be responsible for assembling and finalizing the plans, details, product selections and finishes of the project by working closely with clients and Sweeney Construction sales staff. The ideal candidate will know how to, or have the potential to learn, architectural programs used to develop construction drawings.
Must have the following qualifications and experience:
Associates or Bachelor?s Degree in Interior Design
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Interior Designer
Organized with the ability to anticipate client needs
Knowledge of home construction and remodeling
Available for extended work hours as required
Available to work on on-site at our company office
A portfolio of work
Reliable vehicle

Have previous experience using Microsoft products, Google products and a Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Be proficient in the use of CAD

Benefits & Compensation:
32-48K commensurate with experience. Company benefit package includes Dental, Health, 401K, PTO and a Quarterly Bonus
