ARS, LLC has been in the roofing industry, locally owned and operated, since 2015. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, including:
- Storm related damage (wind/hail)
- Fire damage
- New construction
- Renovations
- Manufacturer's defect replacements
We are seeking motivated individuals to build our team and will provide the proper training needed to guarantee success in our industry.
- $100,000 + potential commissions
- Pay advances, per contract basis
- Sign on bonuses, with desired experience
- Door to Door sales
- Canvassing
- Mail Outs
*follow ups are a requirement on ALL leads, self generated or company provided

Job Description:
- Canvas, self generated leads
- Door to Door marketing to get your name in the communities
- Inspect properties, neighborhoods and or communities for storm damage
- This will lead you to success
- Contact real estate companies for GREAT referral opportunities
- Educate the homeowners on storm chasers, products & claims process
- Familiarize yourself with the process from start to finish
- Follow up with the customers
- Provide great customer service
- Ability to manage your time & Motivation to drive yourself to success
MUST HAVE:
- Active cell phone for communication
- Driver's License & PROPER transportation
- Comfort-ability with customer service and face to face, door knocking
- Great presentation skills
- Personable
- Organizational skills is key within this industry, to include and maintain follow ups properly
PAY:
- Commission rates are based upon experience & drive/motivation
- Sign on bonus is based on experience & drive/motivation
- Draws are paid per contract
- Commissions (pay-outs) are paid per receipt of the final check
- Payroll is completed on EVERY FRIDAY, with pay cutoff being Wednesday before.
