Role and Responsibilities
Establish relationships with Internet Resellers that currently have accounts with Highlands and closely manage these accounts on a day to day basis
Sell new products into existing eTailers and get featured online in a timely manner
Monitor product merchandising on eTailers? sites to ensure content and image accuracy
Develop and execute direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns collaboratively with the eTailer
Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to analyze and report out on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and develop ongoing strategies to increase performance metrics and revenue growth
Maintain an ongoing awareness of developments within the eCommerce and marketing industries that relate to website best practices
Provide account management functionality for specific eTail segments
Conduct market research to identify channels for expanding strategic marketing initiatives
Develop a working knowledge Highlands? unique value proposition
Knowledge
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Understanding of online marketing to drive revenue, profitability, and consumer retention
Skills and abilities
Strategic Thought
Solid business, verbal, written, sales, and presentation skills
Project leadership
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
Familiarity with CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Organizational awareness; must be resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team
Self-motivated; enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment
Ability to maintain account-level relationships
Experience
2+ years of experience within the Inside Sales environment
