Season Ticket Sales and Retention Manager Job Opening in Southaven, Mississippi - Reports to:
Direct: General Manager
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will (be):
- Have 1-2 years of experience in sales (sport sales experience not required, internship experience accepted)
- Internally motivated and driven
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Responsibilities will include:
- Generate season ticket, mini-plan and specialty tickets through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, prospecting and networking
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals fro both new and renewal season ticket packages
- Communicate with season ticket holders with regards to special events, special offers and RiverKings news
- Present at every RiverKings home game
- Attend team and community events
- Uphold the RiverKings brand in the Mid-South community
- Additional assignments as directed by supervisor
Compensation
This is a full-time, paid position with a base salary plus commissions earned on sales. The RiverKings offer a comprehensive bonus, commission and benefits package.
