Staffing Solutions Manager Job Opening in Grand Rapids, Michigan - THE MEDICAL TEAM provides a wide range of health care services, including home health, in-home hospice, private duty, facility staffing, personal care and Catastrophic Care Solutions. We are seeking an experienced, energetic Staffing Solutions Manager who can provide responsive solutions to staffing challenges, delivering high quality recruiting and employment services to our patients/clients, candidates and associates. This is a new position so bring your ?A? game ?. from talent sourcing to placement.
Duties include :
?Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality health care professionals and ancillary personnel to meet the company?s immediate and projected needs
Build a network of qualified candidates (Nurses, CNAs, HHAs, Therapists), evaluating candidate skills in relation to position requirements, incorporating staff retention strategy into daily routine
?Manage a pool of topnotch staff, matching and evaluating individual skills to specific assignment needs
?Maintain regular contact to and develop relationships with internal and external clients to identify current staffing needs and projected openings
Ensure company expectations are understood and met while addressing and resolving concerns relating to customer service, caregiver or field staff performance
?Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
?Minimum of 2 years in medical/health care recruitment
Minimum of 2 years doing actual staffing (clients, patients)
Knowledge and experience conducting different types of interviews
?Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, H.R., or Healthcare)
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?Results-driven individual
Candidates with prior experience specifically in home care or health care facility staffing will be placed in highest consideration.
