Here's what we're looking for:
5+ years of modern development experience
Proven proficiency in core languages of C#, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Demonstrated competency with at least one (or similar) in the following:
Data Access: , Entity Framework, or nHibernate
Service Framework: WCF or WebAPI, using SOAP, XML and JSON
Front End Frameworks: MVC, Angular, React, Ember, or Knockout
Source Control Systems: Git, TFS, SVN, or Perforce
Automated Testing Frameworks: NUnit, XUnit, or MSTest
Security Techniques: x509 certificates, API Tokens or OAuth * Demonstrated software craftsmanship using SOLID, DRY, IoC/DI, and TDD techniques
Proven communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
A history of taking ownership to get things done in diverse technical and business environments
Bonus points if you also have:
3+ years of software consulting
Experience developing Core applications
Experience developing mobile application interfaces using Xamarin or Ionic
Experience developing UI/UX responsive design or Single Page Applications using a CSS preprocessor like LESS or SASS
Experience with , PowerShell, or NuGet package authoring
Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Project Management tools such as TFS, JIRA or Trello
Experience automating testing using Selenium or SpecFlow
Experience configuring CI/CD pipeline using systems such as TFS, VSTS, Jenkins, or Team City
Experience working within an Agile or Scrum project methodology
Mentored or lead small development teams and advocated best practices
