If you or someone you know has panic disorder and would like to participate, please call or email us. -A panic attack is a discrete period of intense fearfulness or terror that sometimes comes out of the blue. -Panic disorder is a condition during which an individual experiences multiple unexpected panic attacks followed by at least a month long period of persistent concern about having another panic attack.
