Need Professional Telephone Interviewers Job Opening in chicago, Illinois - Need Professional Telephone Interviewers The Market Research Interviewer will work under close supervision to learn the basics of market research, including field interviewing and clarifying and probing of open-ended questions. As the voice of our client, you will work in an outbound call center environment conducting surveys with both business customers and consumers. Absolutely no selling is involved This is an entry-level position requiring no formal market research knowledge or experience, though some previous telephone experience is desirable (i.e., customer service, secretarial, Receptionist). It?s a temporary, part-time position, which offers a flexible schedule (You choose which days and hours you want to work.) Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis, so there may be some downtime in between projects. It?s a great job for someone looking for flexible part-time employment. Interviewers must work at least 20 hours per week AND work at least 4 hours one weekend day each week � either Saturday or Sunday. Interviewers decide which days and times they want to work.
